Silver…broke out to the upside above 24.35 In early Asian trade on the Point & Figure as shown late yesterday.
25.06 will be sticky the first time up, which just means it’s a better exit level than a place to buy the first time it prints there. 25.60-70 is weekly resistance. 23.75-85 is 1st support.
SLV…24.42 is first resistance followed by 25.14-28, which is aclosing upside pivot.
Gold…slightly over ran our resistance last night in Asia. We need to see more price action to determine the next move.
Oil…has not had a reversal, or back and fill, since $89. Oil finally put one in last night. We took the Day-Trade short yesterday against 92 because this was a logical place to look for one.
USO…33.60 is the 200 day. This could extend as high as 33.90 on an initial thrust.
As with all ETF’s, Let the Futures be your guide, not the technical levels in the ETF’s.
USD/JPY…98.30 ( app 101.90 in the futures) is near term resistance. Through here we’d look for another Figure in the dollar
or a move to almost 103 in the futures.
VIX…14.09-20 is the first resistance level. Sustaining through here will leave room to 15.
