A.M. Look 5/8/13

Equitiy Indices…There is no change in the downside levels for the Spu’s & Nasd from yesterday.

XLV & IYMHealthcare & Materials look cheap compared to the other sectors I just
perused. 47.20 is the trailing stop in XLV for Longs. The stop for the materials (IYM) is 68.30.

EWZ…54.12 is weekly closing support. Sustaining and closing over 55.75 will see new money flows buying Brazil on a relative value basis.

General Comments or Valuable Insight

Every sector I’ve reviewed looks expensive at these levels, so the daily rotation
looks like we’ll see investors sniffing out deals in healthcare and materials.

Dax has more upside to get to it’s first tgt level of around 8400, which seems to be 26.75 in the EWG

Game Plan…

It’s the mid-week shuffle…

Day-traders should have a you first attitude. Let the the Chicago Pit trading open before you get excited about doing something.

It’s going to be a beautiful day in the Windy City, which means everybody will be heading out the door soon after London’s close (10:30 CDT).

Short Term View…
