Everybody is Bearish Equities and Bonds.

S&P 500 & Dow are trading just a few points of either side of unchanged on the month.

All they have to do for the technicians to be happy is close unchanged to higher.

It will be a late day game, one in which I’m not getting involved.

Nasd 100 monthly close was 4730, which will act as support today.

I’m sure there will be at least one run at the downside today.

30 yr. Bond futures closed 12/30/15 @ 153.24.

Sept is currently trading @ 171.30 after a rate cut in December.

Capital flows in Bonds have trumped perceived future rate increases.

Just something to think about going into Friday as I am not bearish bonds.

Stocks on the move into Move into Month end are MELI,COF & CME which all look to track higher into today’s close.

The big loser this month is LMT working on a ORL month. 233 is the first bounce zone I’d look at.
