A.M. Look 12/3/10

First just a couple of general comments about sniffing out the big macro turns:

If you’ve been following us for a while you’ll note that we’re usually a couple of days

early on the turns, as with the Aussie this week. You’ll note that we always have a defined risk.

The instruments we pick will often times be a surrogate to the other markets.

I.E. The Aussie has been a precursor to almost every major equity turn in the past 20 years.

Being early usually involves several trips to the loo white knuckled to the porcelain rim.

Although we’re getting a little long in the tooth for these trips it’s usually a good indication

of a winner.

Opportunity knocks…it’s unenjoyment Friday.

82.80 USD/JPY ( app 12075-80 futures) Look for price rejection

at this level the first time in. This should provide short term traders opportunity

to leg Yen crosses.

Silver…29.34….108.50 (FCX) Key off these levels for possible price rejection in the metals and miners.

If you get a big rally first with price rejection off this high be a very patient buyer.

The past few unemployment days have provided breaks to buy the metals, but the first move was lower

and then up.

It’s that time of the month for us to take out our mail gloves and trading blindfold.

It’s all about the price action today!
