Russell put in a lower low from Friday. Small & Mid caps
have been strong all morning.

Energy is the feature.

XLE...finally got off its duff today.

Oil is going to trade one level to the next. I will need to see all new closing strength over today’s WTI level of 57.33 for a move to just shy of 60.
